Irish property and casualty insurer FBD Holdings PLC said Friday it has appointed Sylvia Cronin to its board as a non-executive director, effective immediately.
Dublin-based FBD said Cronin is an experienced insurance executive and recently served for five years as director of Insurance Supervision for the Central Bank of Ireland.
FBD closed down 2.7% in London on Friday at EUR8.02.
