The best 30 year fixed rate mortgage interest rates are available starting at 4.500% at US Bankcorp (NYSE:USB) and an APR of 4.673%.  30 year FHA FRM interest rates are on the books at 4.375% with a bit higher APR of 4.879%.  The jumbo options for the 30 year mortgages are listed at 4.625% yielding an APR of 4.777%. 

4.565%.  The Jumbo 15 year FRMs have been quoted at 3.750% today and an APR of 4.008%.  15 year VA fixed rate loan interest rates are available starting at 4.000% with an APR of 4.721%.  10 year fixed rate loans are listed at 3.375% today with an APR of 3.823%.  3/1 ARMs are on the books at 2.250%  with an APR of 3.261%.  5/1 ARM interest rates start at 2.625% at US Bankcorp with a starting APR of 3.250%.

PHH Mortgage

The best 30 year loans are on the books at 3.750% at PHH Mortgage and APR of 3.807%.  Shorter term 15 year FRMs are listed at 3.125% today carrying an APR of 3.310%. 

10 year FRM interest rates have been quoted at 3.030% at the bank today carrying an APR of 3.299%.  The best 20 year FRMs are listed at 3.625% at the bank yielding an APR of 3.773%. 

5/1 Adjustable Rate Mortgages have been published at 3.000% at PHH Mortgage yielding an APR of 3.346% at present.  ARM interest rates in the 7 year category are being quoted at 3.250% currently with a starting APR of 3.420%.  The 10 year ARM interest rates are on the books at 3.375% currently with an APR of 3.499%. 

Home Refinance Interest Rates

30 year refinance fixed rate loans can be had for 3.50% at PHH Mortgage yielding an APR of 3.723%.  15 year refi loan interest rates have been quoted at 2.75% today carrying an APR of 3.239%.  The 7/1 Adjustable Rate Mortgages have been offered at 2.625% today and APR of 3.141%.
